Before you book
The practical bits.
The things people ask us before the first visit. Anything else, just get in touch — a real person answers.
Anywhere your car would fit — a driveway, a compound bay, or the street outside your gate. We only need about a car-and-a-half of space and enough room to open the side door.
No. The van carries its own heated water tank and runs off its own power, so nothing is plugged into your home.
About an hour for most pets. Thick or matted coats can run to ninety minutes — we'll tell you before we start, never after.
That's most of our work. One pet in the van at a time, no other animals waiting, and you're welcome to stay for the first few minutes. If your pet is genuinely distressed we stop — you won't be charged for a visit we couldn't finish.
Both. The Kitty Ritual is cats-only and built around keeping the noise down, including a dry-bath option for cats who hate water.
Open the link in your confirmation email and cancel there, any time. Before the day of the visit there's no charge at all — after that we just ask for as much notice as you can give, since the slot is held for you.
Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Lusail, The Pearl and Al Khor every week, and we add new stops every month. If you're outside those, book anyway and pick "Other" — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you before we confirm.
