What a visit costs, and how we work it out

We quote every visit individually rather than publishing a price list, and we would rather explain why than leave you guessing.

Why there is no fixed price list

A "small dog groom" is not one job. A well-maintained Maltese takes an hour. A Maltese that has not been groomed since March takes three, because the coat has to come off carefully rather than quickly, and rushing that is how a groomer cuts an animal.

Any salon that quotes you a flat number by size is either overcharging the easy coats to cover the hard ones, or is about to call you mid-appointment to renegotiate. We would rather look at the coat first.

What actually moves the price

Breed and size — the amount of coat, and whether it needs cutting or only de-shedding.

Coat condition — this is the big one. Matting is charged by time because it takes time, and it is the difference between a routine visit and a long one.

Which visit you book — the Freshen-Up is our lightest and cheapest, the Full Spa is the signature groom, the Kitty Ritual is priced as one calm cat.

Number of pets — several animals in one visit is more efficient for us, and we price it that way.

What does not move the price

Where you live. Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah and Al Khor are all the same rate. There is no call-out fee and no distance surcharge.

The time of day. An 8pm slot costs what a 9am slot costs.

Booking itself. There is no deposit and nothing to pay to hold a slot.

How to get a real number in about five minutes

Message us on WhatsApp with your pet's breed, roughly when it was last groomed, and a photo of the coat as it is right now — not a good photo, just an honest one.

We will come back with a price and a couple of times. If the coat is in worse shape than the photo suggests we will tell you on arrival, before we start, and you can decide then. We do not start a groom and renegotiate halfway through it.

Questions about this

Why won't you just tell me a price on the website?
Because the honest answer depends on the coat, and a number that turns out to be wrong when we arrive is worse than no number. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you will have a real quote in minutes.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The visit is the service; there is nothing added for coming to you.
Is it more expensive if I live in Al Khor or Al Wakrah?
No. Every area we cover is the same rate, including the ones that are a long drive for us.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit and no prepayment. You pay at the end of the visit.

Ready when you are.

Tell us your pet's breed and where you are, and we'll come back with a time and a price. No forms, no deposit.
